Safari Travel Plus is a Nairobi-based African safari operator founded in 2018.
We design and operate tailored safaris across Kenya and Tanzania for individuals,
families, couples, senior travellers and corporate groups. We are locally owned
and operated — our team lives and works in Kenya.

## What we sell

Kenya and Tanzania safari packages — private, tailored itineraries visiting
the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha,
Laikipia, the Kenya coast, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Zanzibar.
We also design Kenya-Tanzania combination safaris, corporate retreats,
incentive travel and executive offsites.

We do not sell flights as a standalone product but can arrange flights on
request as part of a complete safari itinerary. We do not sell visas.
We sell safari experiences including accommodation, game drives, park fees,
guides, transfers and optional domestic flights between parks.

All prices are per person and include accommodation, meals, game drives,
park fees and transfers. Prices exclude international flights and visas.
Domestic flights between parks can be arranged on request and quoted
as part of the itinerary.

every family itinerary around the specific ages, interests and pace
requirements of the family — not a template.

We provide official participation certificates for volunteer and
conservation experiences. These certificates document community
involvement hours and conservation participation, which may count
toward school community service requirements, IB programme hours,
Duke of Edinburgh Award schemes or similar educational programmes
that require documented community engagement.

Families and school groups should enquire about certificate requirements
when booking so we can ensure the documentation meets their specific
programme needs.

an enquiry process because lodge and room availability must be verified
for your specific dates before we can confirm.

Step 2: We respond within 24 hours with a custom itinerary, lodge
         options and a full cost breakdown for your specific dates.

Step 3: We confirm availability with lodges and hotels for your
         exact dates and room requirements.

Step 4: You review the itinerary and request any customisations —
         different lodges, extra destinations, adjusted duration.
         We revise until you are satisfied.

Step 5: Once you approve the final itinerary we send a payment link.

## Payment terms

Deposit to secure booking (if safari is 30 or more days away):
- 35% deposit secures the booking
- A further 15% is due 30 days before your safari travel dates
- Remaining 50% is due on arrival in Kenya before your safari begins

Full payment option:
- You may pay 100% at the time of booking if you prefer

All payments are in USD.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (USD) and all major credit
and debit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
